I've used it a few times. A couple of days after researching your sim could receive a call from a relative saying they're their cousin. The relative resembles the sim a lot, and  iirc they ask to stay over for a few days starting a stay over event.

@BlueSeaWaves wow cool I just thought it was another empty interaction since nothing happened for me! Will the sim actually have a connection to your sim in the family tree?

    I checked in game, they do not appear on the family tree. Clicking on their profile through the relationship tab it does say Cousin however @siirysiir .
