[ARCHIVED] Household receives positive bill they can't pay

Recently moved into a new house on sims and all of a sudden, bills come, cant pay them because the are a positive 11k??? Tried it without mods and scripts and still the same. Unsure what to do as i c...

Nope, was on the lot came through and they were positive, even tried deleting the lot to see if it was going away.

For now im just cheating power, but not a long term solution
