Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

Hello everyone,

I've been having a problem for a few days with the unpaid bills in my household: they're positive, i.e. I'm told I have to pay +120, but it's impossible!
I've tried moving several times, getting my game repaired, changing houseshold too, but nothing helps! 
And when you look at the invoice information, it says I have to pay -22,000 in the total invoice estimate, but when you look at the unpaid total, it says I have to pay +120.
I don't understand what's going on, I hope you can help me.
