Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

Hi

I have done everything possible but my Sims will go and do the steps to pay bills but nothing is deducted and now the power has been turned off I have traveled the sim to another world come back and still the pay bills don’t work This is the second time this stopped working and it’s frustrating every time there’s an update something else stops working so I end up not playing the game and waiting until it’s fixed before I play again which normally can take weeks is there anyway or anyone that can make this stop happening

The Sims4 game is no longer allowing bills to paid. When the Sim go to the mailbox or use their phone and select pay bills it doesn't deduct the amount from the total amount the sims have. And eventually the power to the sims home is turned off. I have tried taking the sim to another world and returning home only to find the same thing is still occurring. I have changed the house and even moved the sim to another lot and still the same thing is happening. This same bug happened about 4 months ago and it happened right after an update was downloaded and now it's happening again but this time it's happening before a new update has been downloaded. I would appreciate it if someone at the Sims team would find a fix for this so that this bug can stop happening every 4 months. And as of right now none of the workarounds are working at all.
