[ARCHIVED] Houses/Lots disappear/Error 800 or 801

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Im not sure. A bunch of lines popped up. But it says SDX base: 29.0. Says sp54
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansion packs. I own every game pack except werewolves, realm of magic and strangerville. I own every stuff pack except nifty knitting and my first pet
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In willow creek, loading lots. The error code I sometimes get is 800
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen either doesn’t load and displays the error code. Or load screen freezes and never opens. I tried going into lots via build and adding a lot from the gallery from the worlds map screen and still freezes
What do you expect to see? The screen to load to that lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Screens won’t load when trying to load homes or other properties in willow creek. Doesn’t matter if I’m going from the map or returning a sim to their home from another lot in another world. I can click into the world but if I try to load a lot the game will freeze on the load screen. Sometimes I will get an error code of 800 with a recommendation to relaunch the game. It appears to only be affecting willow creek. I did try to delete reserved space option. This error was happening prior to life and death pack.
