What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, all game packs except werewolves, vampires, realm of magic, jungle adventure and journey to Batuu. Stuff packs home chef, Moschino, tiny living, laundry day, backyard, perfect patio, kids room

What happens when the bug occurs? I hired a ranch hand and they won't leave. I fired the ranch another one came and the other one stay so I have to ranch hands that never leave never.
What do you expect to see? Ranch hands staying forever
