[HR] Ranch Hand Stays Past 7 pm

My ranch hand is buggy, too. He stays way past 7pm, breaks items that have been upgraded to be unbreakable, can't remember chore directions (I have to uncheck 'repairs' daily or he goes around breaking everything), and spends most of his time dancing, painting, drinking water continuously or playing instruments.  My mini sheep threaten to leave unless my Sims undertake their care, negating the point of a ranch hand. He does pet my chickens, though, I'll give him that 😅

I also got my ranch hand thru the free services perk.

as in: he leaves the entire area covered in chickenfeed? because thats the case for me lol. my ranch hand just died repairing something and now i have two ranch hands. i saw someone else having the duplication happen and now im worried ill soon have the whole town as my ranch hands dying in droves on my lot... is it fixable? because at that point i might as well see how far i can take this bug... can i get the whole town involved?

I am unable to get rid of my ranch hand. Have fired them multiple times and it doesn't get them leaving. Either nothing happens, or I will get the pop-up about the ending of contract, but they still won't leave and I still can't hire a new ranch hand. I can't send them away either, I either don't get the Send home option, or if I do, they still won't leave. Telling them to "go away" doesn't work. Killing them doesn't work either, a new ranch hand will spawn. Absolutely losing my mind with this and the fact that this is an old bug and it's still active. I have no mods, CC, nothing, just a lot of packs.

I wouldn't mind as much if they did something, but all they do is play violin, prank my toilets and very seldom they do their actual job so my place is a mess and the ranch hand is only in the way. Drives me nuts.
