Just to add: I've tried the other solutions (turning off fame, waiting at the lot for a new event to start, replacing the boba stand with a new one) and still no vendor to buy boba

I have the same issue, along with the festival stacking issue, along with not being able to fish in Sulani, Sim still can’t resume knitting projects either, can’t have a regular date at a restaurant bc they can’t be seated, so why should we keep buying packs? This is truly crazy.
