I have the same problem! Plus vendors are not appearing even outside the lot.
This whole lot type is a bust as far as I can tell.
-No bubble tea vendor anymore ever.
-Comedy night happens with 4 contestants in matching outfits but they don't seem to "compete".
-Fashion Show announces but no contestants, I think there used to be contestants but not anymore. Also is anything supposed to "happen" at the fashion show?
-Never seen poetry night but that could just be timing, ( oh who am I kidding I expect that doesn't work either).
-Edit: just tried this in new save, no mods, thumbcache deleted etc and Eloise Hiddlestix (thriftea owner/fashion advisor) often is not present either.
