[ARCHIVED] [HSY] No vendor for thrift tea counter appears

So I recently purchased the High School Years expansion pack , and was very excited for bubble tea. I played it on a new laptop , so there were no mods or cc in my game at all - and when I came to the TrifTea - there was no vendor at any time at the bubble tea stall, plus I couldn’t click on it. I decided to build another bubble tea lot, but it also didn’t generate a vendor and stall was unclickable - but when I changed the lot type to basic I could click on the stall and hire a vendor for it. When changing back to the TrifTea lot type - the stall became unclickable once again and no vendor. I don’t know what to do at this point , cause I have no cc , no mods , and my first arrival to the lot it was already glitched
