Same. Vanilla test game. Three separate nights. No Bubble tea vendor.
The vendor hasn't been showing up for me either, except for one time when a vendor spawned outside but refused to do anything at all. I then tried resetting the Sim but no luck. I can't even shift-click the tea counter to try and reset that.
To elaborate on one of my previous messages, I opened the tuning for the bubble tea counter: it uses the `object_based_situations_schedule` to schedule the visits from the barista tending the object.
But since the Life & Death patch, it seems to be depreciated (according to the TDESC) and the `object_situation_shifts` should be used instead. It wasn't updated for the objects mentioned in this topic (stalls and sales tables included. I don't have access to my computer, but next week (if no one's does it before) I will test and see if that's possible to modify some objects tuning to update them and check if it works.
But at the end, EA should have checked that when modifying that part of the object tuning...
If you use mods and are not on console, the LMS Auto Employee Lot Trait mod does work to summon a vendor - add the Challenge Trait to the lot in BB and click on a door to enable when visiting with your Sim.
However Thrifty Tea lots are still broken. Event Nights spam upon arrival and whichever is last spammed is the active event. No customers spawn except Poetry/Comedy/Fashion Night participants.
The Thrifty Tea lots are just plain broken. Vendor, customers, fashion browsers, events. It hardly matters if a Vendor shows up if there are no customers.
