i have noticed this problem for about 4 days, and no matter what i do, the problem does not improve. i think there is nothing we can solve. for the short-term solution, i found mod maybe it would be useful " LittleMsSam_AutoEmployee ". i'm actually waiting for EA to solve its problems, not the modes. but it seems like I have to right now.

So I've tried out the LittleMsSam_AutoEmployee mod and it seems to not work for me..

What I did find worked for me which is slightly tedious and annoying but going into build mode quickly on the lot, making it a residential, hiring a vender and switching it back to the Thrift Tea shop and they stay there for the remaining time I use the lot. I have also tested leaving and returning to the lot to see if it fixes the bug but I haven't seen any vendors show up. I do know they still show up and you can order near the Ferris wheel though!
