This is happening for me, too. I've noticed that it's certain types of posts - my sim always can post about her homework or a new outfit or lunch. But when it's something different - like posting about her livestream or a fight at school, anything that isn't those three categories, it generally doesn't work. Basically, she can't post about anything fun and different.
