[ARCHIVED] [HSY] Social Bunny Can’t Post

Playing through the HSY pack for the first time and this is now happening to me too. It worked fine at first and then suddenly stopped when my sim arrived back home from school. There's three topics for me to post about but when I try, nothing happens. 

This is still an issue that needs fixed. Over a YEAR later.

How often does the bug occur? Pretty often. In a 30 minute game session I recorded some results. Granted I had had this happen previously before recording results. Out of 12 attempts, 8 times I was able to post and 4 times I was unable to post. 
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1220

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? GTW, GT, CD, S, ECO, CoL, HSY, GRO, LS, PH, SV, JTB, DHD, MHSP, RGSP, MFPSP, TLSP, PSP, CCSP, BRK, PPK, ECK, BTK, BNK, MLK, HP
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim attempt to post different events on Social Bunny
What happens when the bug occurs? As stated, I recorded the results across 12 attempts to post on Social Bunny. I was attempting to post using a few different ages of Sims (Elder, Adult, and 3 Teens). I did not notice a trend in which ages couldn't post and I did not notice a trend amongst the events that could/could not be posted. When attempting to post, I select the topic (i.e "Post About Preparing for Prom") and emotion (Energized), after that the game takes you back to the Social Bunny feed, where you typically see your Sim's new post at the top of the feed. This did not occur. When going back into "New Post" the topic I previously attempted to post about will still be there. Attempting to post it again ends in the same result. The actions I was unable to post were "Post About Preparing for Prom", "Post about Travel", "Post About Video Game Stream", and "Post Book Review". Alternatively, I was able to post these events, most likely when using a different Sim - "Post about Travel" x2, "Post about Homework", "Post about Pillow Fight" x2, "Post About TV/Movie Review" x2, and "Post Book Review".
What do you expect to see? My Sim to be able to successfully post on Social Bunny 100% of the time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I previously used UI Cheats and MC Command Center, but I have removed them prior to my test and this post.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not that I've noticed. This has been an issue since I downloaded the pack and attempting to use Social Bunny. With that being said, I only purchased the pack maybe a week ago.

My Admired Icon teen Sim keeps having this issue, almost exclusively when she tries to post about lunch (I'd say roughly 50/50 chance of it working).

I'm having the same issue, with and without mods. This stupid app has been broken since the beginning. It's incredibly frustrating that even after TWO AND A HALF YEARS, this still has not been fixed.
