[ARCHIVED] [IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

I see this issue also. I'm currently playing on the lot on Key Point, so I also tested all of the Island Living fishing signs that are in debug on the beach on the lot. My sim still only shows the error "X" thought bubble and hand waves for all of them when placed on the lot's beach, and even when placed in front of a debug fishing pond I have on the lot. In each case. Placing the debug fishing sign does produce the animation showing the fish in the water, though. I'm on Mac, never use Mods/CC, and own all packs.
