[ARCHIVED] [IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

Which language are you playing the game in? Finnish
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) and not only Sulani. Though not quite sure. But I think this has happened also in oter neibourghoods as well. At least in Windenburg and few others.
What is your current game version number? Can't remember
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all. Just three kits short. The Love Struck is the latest expansion pack installed but the problem was there before it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click onto any game fishing spot with a sign
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will either say they cannot use the spot or will run around it in an attempt to reach it before saying the same. Though they can do fishing in that canoe thing in Sulani, but it's not very good option in the long run and does not work in other neighbourhoods.
What do you expect to see? Fishing spots able to be used as normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I do not have mods in use currently and even mods folder is empty and all the mods stuff in the settings is put off.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The most recent patch or update (not sure witch one) that was just before Christmas and it has gone through the Christmas event.

Fishing did work nicely before christmas and if I do remember right, even after buying and installing Live and Death expansion pack. But I think that the problem started after it and after latest patch/update.
