I am having the same problem. I even deleted all of my saved games and started new and it still happened. At first everything was fine it was normal but then I added a lot from the gallery, and it started back up. I don't know if that is what happened to you too, but did you ever get it fixed?

    @Jwes8628 Seems to be a lag issue - are you playing in that lot you downloaded, and are there a lot of items in it? And/or does it have a bunch of photos or paint-from-reference paintings? It may just be too busy a lot for your machine to run.

      @PipMenace i have a bunch of saved games but the current one I am playing right now is in a base game lot. I have another save where they are in a base game apartment and it does it.
