[ARCHIVED] Infant/Toddlers needs Declined While playing another lot

Similar problem.

I take my sim away for an active doctor career day. The mother and other children are at home. The Adult and child sims will take care of themselves, even the toddler a little bit, but my infant is always dirty, hungry and tired. They are just sitting there while the other sims are wandering around. 
This happens every time I leave the lot with one sim. I have no mods that would interfere with this.
