My sim unlocked the "mark of evil" tattoo and it was not shown in CAS, nor did it apply through the interaction menu. Mods are downloaded, but the issue still occurs when I tested without.

Having a similar issue. The Mark of Good/Evil don't appear in CAS.
However they do appear on my sim when I use the interaction in live mode. Once I enter CAS they turn invisible. When leaving CAS they're back.

moving this to the bug forum as it accumulated quite some me toos but to be sure: Did you have mods in when you unlocked it ? Do you maybe have a backup from before you unlocked it so you can test if it happens again if you unlock it with no mods/cc ?

Yes I'm having this issue too. Can't find it in CAS and cannot see it on my sim either.
