Hi, so I kind of found a solution for my case. I was also unable to locate the deceased, so I tried switching to a sim in my household at home and then switched back to the reaper sim (we may wait for few seconds for the game to load properly before switching back) and the problem was fixed, the body appeared and I finished my shift without a problem. I tried to do this during an event that multiple sims needed to be reaped, but only 3/4 of the deceased sims were there. I had the sims reaped, and left & came back for the last one, but now all the previously reaped sims are alive and I can't interact with them 🤭 I think if you're doing this for multiple sims on an assignment, this isn't an option
