[ARCHIVED] Lots randomly revert back to defaults

If I start a new building it disappears completely, if I edit a existing building it reverts back to its original state. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, all caches were cleared, game was repaired. saves were cleaned and deleted. I tried to start a brand new game and tried to keep on the same. Saving the game before leaving the lot or leaving the game does not work for the building, it does for you Sim personal progress such as needs, skills; but the buildings not.
