EDIT:  After the hot fix on July 26 this workaround no longer works.  Sorry!

Until this issue is fixed, here's a little bit of info that might help.

If you have your sim that is speaking with the wrong voice change outfit either by 'Ask to See Outfit' or use the costume change suitcase, the voice will return to it's normal pitch.  However, if you change venues the high pitched voice will return.

Just a thought because it is jarring to hear but at least you can temporarily address it.

    @Llandros2012 I just tried the "Ask to see outfit" interaction and it didn't make a difference. Did you do anything else additionally?

    Did anyone ever get a male gallery Sim with their proper voice? Or is it an issue that depends on the Sims or circumstances?
