I'm having a similar issue, I picked a male sim from Cupid's corner and had my sim go on a date with him. When the date started the male sim had a female voice, I took the Cupid's corner male sim into CAS and in CAS they had a normal male voice. I've left a link here to the video I made of it!

Same here. I play on pc too and no mods in my game.
I noticed that sometimes male sims from The Gallery has a normal voice, like inCAS. But it could change to female voice after some sims days.
Any idea if that problem affects to all The Gallery sims or just to the ones uploaded with a pose or so?
I have to add that I downloaded myself a male sim from The Gallery and his voice is always the original one in CAS. It's just when I get a male sim from The Gallery by The Cupid's Corner when male sims have female voice. It's very annoying indeed.
@EA_Cade When will this issue be fixed? For me the LS bugs around Cupid's Corner (this one, the not being able to change in CAS and dates appearing with switched gender) are major deal breakers and it's been awfully quiet around here the last weeks...
