I also moved all my new and recently updated mods out, incl mccc but it’s still not happening, only when I switch them all off in the settings.. It’s probably some really random mod that I don’t suspect having anything to do with voices 😆

Hoping this info helps - I only have MCCC and CAS cc and I'm getting the correct voice for male sims since yesterday's update.

    @stevienicks89 For some reason I can't delete my comment, but the issue was fixed for me for like, one day back in September, but it's back to the female voices.
