I'm having the same issue, and it's also affecting the skin sliders aswell. I'm on mac, I've gotten rid of my mods, repaired the game, deleted cache, etc. But the sliders will just not work when dragged do the left, so now can't darken skin and make up that I was previously able to darken. I don't know when the problem started exactly, but I noticed it after the new update.

I mean that if I choose a skin color (base game) and try to use the “slide to customize color” feature, when dragging it to the left it doesn't change the skin tone at all. I can attach some images if that’ll be helpful.

@crinrictSame here. I play on a macbook too. I cannot drag the skin tone sliders to the left at all as it doesn't do anything. I thought the new update would fix this, but I guess this is solely a mac issue, and they apparently added "support" for Apple silicon laptops....
BTW, it does not seem to be a CC issue, rather a CAS issue

It would really help if you could please identify your machines by providing all the information from Apple > About This Mac (not the serial number). It helps because we can then see what machines it is affecting and if there is a common hardware/OS between them all. This is more productive than wild speculation. Let's provide these specs to help each other and possibly EA if it is indeed a Mac bug.
