Sometimes the nannies not showing up happens to me. Like when it's the time they're supposed to show up, they don't, so I have to cancel the service and just call for the nanny service again. It doesn't happen too often but when it does, it is kind of annoying because I usually like having my adult Sims go out most of the time (usually when the kids are asleep around 7 or so).
So yeah, them not showing up sometimes usually happens on Xbox too (the version I have). But I only have Cool Kitchen Stuff and that's it. So I think them not arriving on time is a basegame issue, because it also was happening before I had Cool Kitchen Stuff.
How do you cancel the nanny if she never shows up? Having this issue in game currently.
Cancel Nanny Service on the phone, under the Home icon.
I have an actress sim who got back from a gig and the maid just stopped showing up, and canceling over the phone also doesn't work. Anyone have a workaround outside of the aforementioned deleting/murder? I don't know how I'd even do that on my save. Thank you!
