    I'm having this issue as well. Married at the arch, first cake was made by the caterer, and set in the middle of a dining table, option to 'cut the cake' doesn't appear. 

    Had my sim make the cake herself, sat it in the middle of the dining table, still no option to cut the cake.

    HOW DO WE FIX THIS?? Please!
