How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except For Rent and Lovestruck, All game packs except Wedding Stories, Werewolves and Journey to Batuu, All stuff packs except Luxury Party, Spooky, Toddler and Crystal Creations. The Book Nook, Blooming Rooms, Desert Luxe, Industrial Loft, Little Campers, Decor to the Max, Pastel Pop and Everyday Clutter kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a knitting bag in the sims inventory and attempt to knit something. In my game, nothing happens - they won't even get the interaction queued up, it'll be as if you didn't click on the bag. (I did have some mods in my game, but when I found the bug I tried without the mods and repaired the game but the bug persisted)
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. If you try to start the project, nothing happens. If you then click on the bag again, there is an option to resume the project, however clicking on it doesn't queue up an interaction either. Once, a child sim did the 'can't get to that place' sign, but every time after that she didn't do anything.
What do you expect to see? The sim sit somewhere and start/resume a knitting project.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Ive also found that just before they finish a knit, they jump upright and stop knitting. Meaning i cant even finish in one sitting.
Experiencing the same issue, since the 07/23 Patch, next ones haven't fixed it. No mods nor CC installed, playing on PC.
I thought I was going crazy, yeah! I rarely knit in game so I didn't notice this until now. But when I click to resume a knitting project it doesn't even queue up in the action bar. I've tried doing it standing, already sitting down, interacting with a seat to knit, etc. and nothing.
