This just happened for me. I cannot resume the black and white bear beanie. I can’t resume or frog it. I tried to delete the yarn basket but it did nothing.
I see they had this fixed before but now it’s broke again.
Same here. I really wanted to do the knitting aspirations, but even without mods, my game just won't allow it.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.2.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim stop knitting an item. Then try to either Resume or Frog the project.
What happens when the bug occurs? The action will not add to the queue.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to continue the project but if not I'd at least like to frog the project since unfinished items remain on the list of knitting options when my Sim is next going to knit something.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure.
I've even tried knitting the same items again in the faint hope I could fool the game into thinking I'd completed them lol just to get the incomplete items off the list of knitting options. I would avoid pausing a knitting project usually but each time it's happened it's because she accepted invitations to travel somewhere. Those unfinished clothes are annoying me so much!
Woahlookatthesun's Knitting Bug Fix on Curseforge works for knittable clothing, but not for rugs and possibly other knittable objects.
My Sim's selection of unfinished items is getting a little crazy. If this goes on much longer I'm wondering how they will all fit on the screen!
