[ARCHIVED] [NKSP] Action won't queue for Resume/Frog Knitting

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? toddler stuff, spa day, romantic garden, parenthood, nifty knitting, my first pet,  laundry day, kids room, jungle adventure, , growing together, cottage living, , city living, cats & dogs, lovestruck, seasons, city living, island living, discover university, get together, snowy escape,werewolves, vampires, realm of magic, moschino, tiny living, vintage glamour stuff, backyard stuff, movie hangout stuff, paranormal stuff, desert deluxe kit, blooming rooms kit 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cancel a knitting project after starting, or have sim interrupted while knitting. Then try to resume project, or frog project.
What happens when the bug occurs? Literally nothing. Nothing queues or fails, the menu goes away as if you misclicked. i click "resume (name of project)" or "FROG (name of project)" and nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? Resume project or frog project to queue the interaction, sim finds a place to sit, and does said action
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. My sim was knitting frequently and correctly before one of the latest patches. I haven't played in a few months, so I can't say after which patch this problem happened, but I've installed the latest patch and I have this problem.  I've checked on multiple save files and it has the same problem. I have to start a new knitting project every time cause I can't resume the current one.
