There doesn't seem to be any way around this since the last update. having your sim sit on the bed first used to work, you can try that. but it isn't working for me at all now. she wont frog them either so they will just build up unfinished tasks forever if they keep getting interrupted while knitting.... hopefully they're working on a patch
Yep still happening for me and the old workaround no longer works as you’ve stated
Not fixed in the update, and now the fix mod doesn't work, either.
I was reallllly hoping to see this in patch notes and update but NOPE!
Bummer, just stumbled upon this issue.
My sims just had a baby and I decorated the room with the new nursery kit. Thought it would be cute if my sim was sitting next to the baby in the rocking chair knitting.
Only to find out about the bug x)
Went back a couple of pages and found the shared mod fix. Thank you!
