Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim start a knitting project, cancel the action in the middle of it, and try to resume or frog the project
What happens when the bug occurs? No action occurs; the Sim stays still, nothing is queued up
What do you expect to see? The Sim should resume or frog their project
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I can only start knitting projects, not resume or frog them, so they end up just piling up in my Sim's WIPs. I have tried having my Sim seated on a variety of objects (beds, sofas, rocking chairs, regular chairs), and the Sim is frozen and idle as if I'm not doing anything. They don't wave their hand in the air like there's a routing issue.
