Try TOOLS - set group box (or one by one) and put all objects to active lot and delete them

@pessyl92 TOOL cannot help to remove objects from this bug, because the objects are "ghost" versions and do not really exist, part of the bug is visual, I tried that as a rule of thumb to try to solve it, before I found out how this bug works.

    Deleting all those "ghost" versions reduces the size of my savefile from 64MB to 34MB..
