This bug is not on the latest Laundry list sadly ☹️ This bug should have been a top issue due to how game breaking and save breaking it can be. Bloating save files and console players have no reliable way of dealing with this. I was hoping for it to be there but no sadly. Hope they add more bugs to the list since that's been happening lately where it's not a complete list and add more bugs to it.

    @Scorpio1959 thank you for explaining how to use Sims Studio to remove these ghost items. You rescued my save file.

    I can say that I have been having these issues on a rather new world that I started back in the summer of 2024. Only while playing on rental lots have I had these item clutter spawn. Since stopping playing on any dorm, rental, or apartment I haven't had this issue anymore.

    I'm shocked more people aren't aware of this issue. It seems to be a non-mod related one and rather game breaking.

      @PocketBriye On my side, I'm trying my best to warn people on my socials about this issue, but with how game-breaking this can be, I'm still asking again and again for EA to communicate on this one, with no result 🥲

      Really sad to see that it's not on the list of issues that will be solved with the next patch...

        @Down-in-Simsland They should at least say that they are aware of this issue. Because not knowing if we can ever play with residential rentals, dorms, apartments and penthouses again is really sad.

        I guess many players are not aware of this issue because it is not immediately visible. It breaks save games over time and maybe EA assumes that people are just starting a new save when this happens.

        I hope they release a patch soon. I won't update or patch anymore until this is fixed.
