@Clarohine Just to be thorough, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. On one of the affected lots, change its lot type to something commercial/community-based, e.g. a gym or park, then back to residential. Use "save as" to rename the save, quit, reload, and see whether the lot behaves normally.
ill try it once more, just to be sure. Ill keep you updated if it works or not.

@Clarohine Try loading a backup version of this save, still with no mods or custom content present:

If this works, you might lose some play time, but hopefully not too much.

Im sorry, my first language is not English so I'm a little confused as to what exactly im supposed to do. I followed the link you added but Im still pretty confused.....
