I have the same bug since for rent. I have mods. It happen only on some neiborhoods. I hope it will solve itself, I want to keep this save. I tried everything and can't figure out if a mod is responsible or if it's the rentals.

I have the same issue since the new 'For rent' pack. This only happens when i try to build a residential rental lot with more than 9 units. Whenever i do this i get loads of orange and green error exclamation marks above random lots in random worlds (see picture). When i scale the residential rental lot back to 9 units in the lot these errors on random lots/worlds go away? This must be a bug as i've removed all my mods and the issue is still there.
