Just noticed an error pop up on a random lot in Willow Creek after adding a mix of 'non' residential rental units to my game (i.e lounge, restaurant and residential)? This would suggest that its not only the residential rental units which is causing the problem...
On further testing evicting a household created this error? Not sure what the hell is going on with this game anymore

Well it's official, there is no way for people who have this annoying problem to be able to play the game, I say the only solution that I have been able to confirm without a problem is to play the game without the content of the new expansion, otherwise everything is going to be garbage and houses and other buildings begin to break down.

Your right mate, its only a matter of time before this issue makes the game unplayable for everyone not just us on this thread.
I actually think the issue is with the lots because i just tested it again and the recent error i reported was not as a result of the household but as a result of the lot (even though the lot is not a residential rental #sigh)

I'm still testing...
Noticed that the issue can be slightly reduced (i.e hit and miss) if you place a lot from the library when in live mode. E.g you play household that lives on an empty lot (i.e there is nothing built on the lot), then you load the lot you want from the library and place it whilst in game. Exit back to world map view and see if you get errors.
