so after several failed saves ive found that i have to keep magnolia park, willow creek as an empty lot to be able to do anything with the save with no corruption. a s soon as i add a build there, even just a tree the save is gone. and that just to be able to play this save stiil i cant build any residential rentals no matter what

i think the issue is down to a memory limitation which only EA can fix. There isnt a fix for this at the moment, shocking that EA havent sorted it still...
