[ARCHIVED] [PH] Young adults gain Parenthood character values

I get this with one of my sims, in a save file where I have a lot of other played sims. The only thing I can think of that differentiate him from all the other sims in this save file is that he has the Insider trait, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
