[PH] Young adults gain Parenthood character values

Started seeing this after the recent bugfix update, but maybe I overlooked it earlier?

I am not sure if this came up in the original archived bug report but the issue seems to occur only with Young Adults. I had my Sims in the current save age up to Adult and have not seen the problem occur anymore.

Also what should be added is that at least in my case this also occurs for new sims created as Young Adults from CAS. So the Sim doesn't have to be one who has been aged up all the way from infant to Young Adult.

Thought this should be said to help narrow down the problem. I had not really realized this before because I guess I don't usually play same Sims very long.

I realized that this is happening to one of my sim's young adult sons. What's more, he still has acne and interacts like teenagers: “Running to clear the mind”.

I was on version 1.98.158.1020 for almost 2 years and didn’t seem to have this problem, but after updating to 1.113.297.1020 I suddenly noticed adults and young adults setting the table autonomously without the Good Manners trait. Upon looking at my Sims buffs through MCCC, I noticed buff_lifeskills_autonomy_manners_positive on a few of them, and the adult who gained Hot-Headed trait by Self Discovery also had buff_lifeskills_autonomy_conflictresolution_negative.
