After the most recent update (12-5-23), my game crashed and wouldn't save then when I reopened it all my photos were black. I used my backup save but all the photos were black on my backup too. is there any way to fix this?

    @goldfish7556 Did you reboot the game after before trying the backups ?

    What platform are you playing on ?

      I repaired the game form the EA app. I don't know how to reboot. So I didn't do that before trying the back up. I'm playing on a windows PC. @crinrict

        @goldfish7556 I just mean exiting the game and then entering again. There are some bugs that kinda 'jump' from save to save if you just go back to the main menu and load another save from there instead of turning off the game.

        But since you repaired in between, you did that.

    @goldfish7556 this has been happening to me for a while. I have a save built up with gallery and custom lots both by me and others. Same for the sims. I rotate play through a bunch. I had photos in several of them and when I made it back round to gameplay in some of them, the photos were all black. Mostly when stored in inventory of the sim but not always. They never came back. These are photos taken by the sim person using a camera or cell phone camera.
