Hello, I tried to send a message to EA_Cade but I keep getting errors when sending. I downloaded the Sims 4 to my PS4 at the weekend (base game only) and have this issue. The game is basically unplayable. I can’t purchase anything in build/buy mode or even call for a pizza.

@EA_CadeThe real problem, is even with a save it randomly happens. Once you quit and save the game and re open the game the issue goes away until it will randomly start again. It happens usually every hour and randomly, like I'll be playing a sim and go through social interactions (there's different groups) and then it just suddenly speeds all over the place and won't even land on what I want, it'll settle on something nearby and if I keep trying it scrolls around the choices.
I'll try and get a save uploaded just need to find a usb stick..
Also curious about the No Mods question this issue is on PS4 there are no mods.
The problem. Is it goes away if you close game and reopen. This issue will constantly happen by just playing.just for a few hours. To reproduce just need to play. This happens on fresh installs on my PS5. New saves old saves, just need to play and it will happen.
Sometimes to fix the issue you can just turn off your controller and then turn it back on, will temporarily fix the fast cursor bug until it decides to happen again.
