Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've sent error reports after every crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has been opening less and less often with frequent "Adjusting Graphics" error messages. Have tried to clear cache, saving as new game, and today it crashed every time I tried to open any household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to play my game. I've worked very hard on this save and frankly I'll be devastated to lose all that work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Same thing is happening with me. Freezes when placed on lot. I’ve tried different worlds and different houses. Always freezes and I have to reboot. I have Xbox. Started happening after downloading growing together.
