Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've sent error reports after every crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has been opening less and less often with frequent "Adjusting Graphics" error messages. Have tried to clear cache, saving as new game, and today it crashed every time I tried to open any household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to play my game. I've worked very hard on this save and frankly I'll be devastated to lose all that work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

What is your current game version number? 1.72
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug can be found by having regular gameplay and then trying to Travel, Exit Built Mode, Exit CAS, exit photograph and then also it happens spontaneously roughly every 30 minutes if you don’t save.
What happens when the bug occurs? When it happens the game quits to the main Home Screen of the console and shows an error but without an error code.
What do you expect to see? no regular 30 min crashes and crashes when trying to do other activities.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After infants update & Growing Together EP
as you can see I had no errors between the 26/2 until the 14/3 when the update happened. Since then there are 31. They show every day I have logged on since. there are two more pages like the ones i’ve attached.
