    Hey all,

    As the Reaper's Rewards event has now ended, this thread has been archived. 

    Thank you all so much for sharing the information needed to assist the team. Even though some issues weren't able to be resolved by the conclusion of the Reaper's Rewards event, we were able to use that data provided to improve the experience for future events. 

    As always, we continue to learn and explore how we can provide the best possible experience for all who play The Sims 4, and will use the information in this thread to make decisions on how we can best move forward for future events.

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion packs EXCEPT Love, Lif& Death All Game packs All Stuff Packs EXCEPT bowling, backyard ONLY the following Kits: book nook, greenhouse haven, bathroom clutter, blooming rooms, bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? the Reaper Rewards Event. week3 incomplete task-travel to caster alley
What happens when the bug occurs? i cannot complete the task no matter how i try to fix it, restart the game, change the household to play, re-travel again and again 
What do you expect to see? A way to complete the task 'travel to caster alley' on the reaper's reward challenge. or fix it somehow
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
