[ARCHIVED] Romantic Relationships decay/become negative fast with no interaction

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs except Journey to Batuu, all stuff packs except Crystal Creations.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sims in a romantic relationship
What happens when the bug occurs? The romance relationship bar quickly drains and turns into a red hate bar.
What do you expect to see? I expect the romance relationship bar to not drain within moments
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Appeared after I installed Lovestruck.

My sims' romantic relationship bar drains instantly and immediately turns red and the sims will hate each other.  I tried to use cheat codes to recreate the relationship and it immediately redrains.
