[ARCHIVED] Romantic Relationships decay/become negative fast with no interaction

I do rotational play, I first noticed it when switching households, that all romance bars are empty. But even while I'm in one household for a while and build a full romance bar, it suddenly goes empty. All my couples are unsatisfied with each other and have empty romance bars all the time! They also have the "when you're mean to me, I'll break up with you" message while nobody did anything mean. It started happening somewhere between the Lovestruck and Life and Death releases.
