Happened to me too today. My sim is dating but they don't live together. They had max romance a while ago and now that I came and started the game again, their romance bar is empty and even tho their relationship bar is full green, it says they are not even friends, just acquaintance (or whatever it is called in game in English, basically the game says they barely know each other). I called her to my lot and did romantic things, the bar went up to 1/3 but after I ordered other sims in the household to do things and came back the romance bar was empty again.
No mods, no cc, win 10, ver 1.111.102.1030
