[ARCHIVED] Romantic Relationships decay/become negative fast with no interaction

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, island living, werewolves, vampires, magic realm, love struck a few stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure how to answer that exactly
What happens when the bug occurs? My romance bar goes up and down, blank, and then completely red with her significant other and only her
What do you expect to see? The romance bar not go crazy
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Romance bar won’t stay the same even when no neglectful interactions or any interactions being made. Bar goes completely red, and then blank. I try to restart the romance but it just won’t stay. 
it only happens with my two main sims. Mind you it never happened until recently and I can’t get their relationship to stay perfect because it just messes it up anyways
