[ARCHIVED] [S] Can't Interact with Plants that are Out of Season

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Batuu and the Cozy Kitch and Sweet Slumber Party kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plant a plant that is out of season, then select the plant.
What happens when the bug occurs? The only option available is "uproot plant."
What do you expect to see? All tending options to be unavailable, but non-tending options to be available. Ex. weed, water, etc should be unavailable. Evolve, uproot, and research should be available no matter the season.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I believe I first noticed this issue after Patch 160 (1.107.112.1030) when they "fixed" a weeding loop bug by simply disabling interactions for out-of-season plants.

This is especially irritating when you have plants that can be evolved, but you can't actually evolve them until they're in season again. Meaning they'll sit there and sparkle for a sim year until you can finally evolve them. Not being able to research them is also frustrating since you don't have any other way to figure out grafting combinations in-game.
