@Asung010686 Did these newly happen.
There was an issue with these but it's been fixed a while ago

I'm not sure how existing saves behave with this though. Try having a holiday with no decorations and travel around the neighborhoods that currently have them and see if that gets rid of them for good.
I dont think the problem has been "fixed". This happened 3 days ago to me and I just checked again the decorations still there. I deleted the fences and built some new, but the decorations appeared again. I'll try what you suggested to wait for the next holiday, but it will be over a week later....That is ennoying...😞😞
- crinrict6 years agoHero+@Asung010686 you can just create one for the next day.
Is it happening in all worlds or just certain ones ?- alanmichael16 years agoSeasoned Ace
Same here, looks like the issue returned in some form with the pre-Uni patch. I will do further testing when I'm home next week.

@crinrictI am seeing a form of this bug in my current save. I had stuck decorations from Love Day on all the houses in my Willow Creek neighborhood. It was already summer and the decorations were still there long after I cleared the decorations from my house. The "adding a new holiday with no decorations" workaround did clear the decorations from all of the houses. Thanks for that!
An odd thing though is I am still seeing stuck decorations going all the way back to Winterfest in one neighborhood in Windenburg. It's the neighborhood with the gym, night club, pool, etc. The workaround did not clear the decorations from these buildings. I checked all the other locations in Windenburg and they are all fine, as are all other locations in my other worlds, so it is just that one neighborhood. It's not really bothering me that much as Windenburg looks nice with winter holiday decorations anyway. I do not know of any way to manually remove holiday decorations from public venues. I just wanted to add all this in case anyone else is seeing the same thing.
The game save is CC and mod-free.- 6 years ago
On the main street on my Oasis Springs, my Entire row of community lot buildings are permanently stuck with Love Day decorations, I tried everything, even demolishing them and replacing/building an entire new buildings. It immediately gets decorated with Love Day decorations as soon as you visit it.
Strange it's only that region affected.
- crinrict6 years agoHero+@Asung010686 Actually found another pre-existing open thread although the report was only for certain neighborhoods.
Merged your post now and changed the title. - SqueamishNerd6 years agoSeasoned Ace@Asung010686 If you want to take down the decorations you can buy the decoration-box in the decoration category in buy mode, then you go into live mode and click on the box and choose the option of taking down the decorations.
This way you don’t have to have the decorations up all the way until the next holiday. So it’s a temporary workaround. - deSairys5 years agoNew Traveler@Asung010686 Just happened to me. I took down every fence, every guard rail, every roof. All of it. Bashed them all off. Still cannot put a roof on without those xmas lights appearing. Can't put up porch rails without decorations showing up, fences too. I'm stuck on Christmas in the Spring.
